I have tried the steps above and it just doesnt work. The Tropo account was created and successfully set it up in drupal (brings up errors when i intentionally alter the connection details). But when i try to call the application (on phone, skype and Phono) it beeps and then says BUSY.

Please help as i have spend long hours trying to make it work</description>

You might want to clarify the &quot;/voip&quot; part of your URLs. This isn&#039;t something created (or required) by the VoIP drupal module, so I assume you installed Drupal in a subdirectory of your server called &quot;voip&quot;? That bit might confuse people who are new to Drupal.</description>
