The Tropo account was created and successfully set it up in drupal (brings up errors when i intentionally alter the connection details). But when i try to call the application (on phone, skype and Phono) it beeps and then says BUSY. Please help as i have spend long hours trying to make it work Good day,

This isn't something created (or required) by the VoIP drupal module, so I assume you installed Drupal in a subdirectory of your server called "voip"? You might want to clarify the “/voip” part of your URLs. This isn’t something created (or required) by the VoIP drupal module, so I assume you installed Drupal in a subdirectory of your server called “voip”? That bit might confuse people who are new to Drupal.
